- 1 G-E-O-R-G-E {Washington} Flip Flap Book® - The students will have the opportunity to demonstrate what they have learned about George Washington.
- {Abraham} L-I-N-C-O-L-N Flip Flap Book® - The students will have the opportunity to demonstrate what they have learned about Lincoln.
For each President's Flip Flap Book®, the students will:
- write the birth and death of the president
- write about their early life {place of birth, childhood, family}
- draw an illustration showing each president's greatest contribution to America and write a heading and caption for the illustration
- write 4 character traits that each president possessed and provide proof that supports the trait
- create a 6 event timeline of each president's life in chronological order with the date, illustration, and caption for each event.
Please Note: This unit requires 8 1/2 x 11 AND 8 1/2 x 14 (legal size) photocopy paper. In order to print this unit, you will need BOTH SIZES OF PAPER!
